MEZOPOTAMYA In collaboration with the restaurant (which, however, we suggest s visit to sample the best kebab in Udine!), we are pleased to invite you to a dinner during which we will have the opportunity (irripetibile!) to sample some culinary delights of the Kurdish tradition.
Karnıyarık is the name of a main dish you need: a delight in the preparation process that requires care and those who stand long periods always do more good ... not only in the kitchen.
All accompanied by great music of course!
